- Choose 2-3 students to become "farmers" and 2-3 students to become "wolves".
- All of the other children are the farmers "sheep".
- The objective for the wolves is to tag all of the sheep. When a sheep is tagged by a wolf, they are to lay down on their back with their legs and arms in the air calling out "baa" to get the farmers attention.
- It is the farmers job to help save the sheep by rolling over the tagged sheep. Once the sheep has been rolled over they can rejoin the game.
- Choose new farmers and wolves every couple of minutes.
Other considerations:
- Ensure the children are careful when rolling other children over. (Demonstrate how to do this safely)
- Noise should be kept to sheep on the ground only.
